Quokka Wellness have designed a simple, effective 7-day “Digital Offloader” challenge that can help you to get started on your journey to digital enlightenment!
Subscribe below to take part – you can sign up whenever you like. TIP: Get a friend to do the challenge with you so that you can be accountable.
Over 7 days, each day at the same time, you will receive an email with a digital offloading action for that day. The actions will take between 15-60 minutes each.
The idea is to complete the action each day, and then continue to work on it during the week so that by the end of the 7 days you will have made some really positive changes with minimal effort.
